John grew up in Wellesley Massachusetts, which is located west of Boston. He is pursuing a bachelor of science in mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a certificate in Computational Science and Engineering. His areas of interest include machine learning, numerical analysis, as well as partial differential equations.
